Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I, II or III
Down syndrome patients
must be able to undergone general anaesthesia
dental surgery necessity

Exclusion Criteria:

severe dementia
severe hearing, vision, speaking problems
