Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

No clinically significant abnormal finding on physical exam, medical history, or clinical laboratory results on screening.

Exclusion Criteria:

Positive test results for HIV or hepatitis B or C.
Treatment for drug or alcohol dependence.
