Description
Condition characterized by sagging of the head due to severe NECK MUSCLES weakness in the back of the neck. It may result in severe cervical KYPHOSIS called chin-on-chest deformity. Dropped head syndrome is most often associated with other diseases, e.g., PARKINSON'S DISEASE; STROKES; HEAD AND NECK CANCER; and ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS. MeSH
