Active Ingredient History

There is no information about biological and pharmacological application of nickel fluoride. But is known, that inhalation and skin contact to be the primary routes of occupational exposure to nickel fluoride. In addition was shown, that slightly tumors were observed for nickel fluoride, and more so with less soluble nickel hydroxide and insoluble nickel oxide and nickel subsulfide. Thus tumorigenicity generally increased with decreasing compound solubility.   NCATS
